I’m Gemma and I’m the face behind the camera here at Photography Gems.

I have always loved taking photos of people and places, so that I can tell a story. I have photographed weddings, babies, families, engagements, and parties all around Yorkshire.

When I’m not taking photos, you can find me either running about with my toddler, teaching History to teenagers, or researching the history of medicine for my PhD!

I’m based in Teesside but I’m more than willing to travel. So, if I sound like the person to capture your special moments, then hit that ‘get in touch’ button!
